當一個看起來就能合作的計畫被拒絕合作

以下是來自Texas A&M University 的博士班搜尋條件跟想要達到的目標

"Research teams of faculty mentors and students, in collaboration with international partners, will develop
complementary dissertations related to two research themes: (A) Ecological Functions and Biodiversity; and
(B) Communities and Governance.  The ABS-IGERT will produce scientists prepared to understand ecological
functions of local ecosystems, and also the activities and needs of surrounding communities in wider social,
economic, and political contexts.  Research will take place at multiple sites in Latin America and Southwest

這樣整合性的內容，如果能夠在放入GIS，不就太好了ㄇ

看著這樣完美的計畫內容，我忍不住衝動地寫了信給這個老師，說明我有以上敘述的背景與實際經驗

希望能跟貴單位有合作的機會，覺得這麼棒的計畫，計畫的領導者一定可以open mind，However, 事實總是讓人傷心

老師只是簡單地回了，他沒有該專長...無法提供相關的幫助
