森林管理的哲學價值

除了之前對於評估理論的疑惑之外

對於科學治林還是社區治林，我也產生了極大的懷疑
我明白科學治林的必要，也了解社會大眾意見對森林治理的重要
我只是很難選擇，要怎麼調配這之間的比例
這跟煮菜加鹽時一樣，「些許」這兩個字的微妙
豎起無經驗者必定受傷的明顯告示

我記得看過相關的文章，想要透過 “Educate” 社區或社會大眾
企圖縮短專業和非專業之間的距離
然而，professional都不professional了
要如何才能Educate the other unprofessional
I do not know, and not sure about that

From management to governance,
We add some legal rights to manage a region
But we still can not fixed the gap between public and professional opinions
I do not know how to find a good explanation for the gap

Every year, we create so many jargons to claim the new way of better management.
Unfortunately, we can not resolve any problem and connect with previous theory smoothly until now
Is this a common situation in this major? I am not sure, but keep questioning…
